Like the name? I think the pretense suits the house. It's incorrect grammar anyway. It should be Murrouge, but that doesn't sound as cool.

I checked University because of the fountains. The statues in the pond area are from Nightlife. If you can remove those, I don't see a problem with the house working if you don't have expansion packs.

Anyway, this house is based off of a Vanderbilt house somewhere in New York. See the thumbnails. It is pretty simple. I think it is one of my favorite houses so far.

I used mainly Maxis items. A few custom fountains.
