Screenshot explains most of it. Based on ''Bella Squared'' so it should work in only the Base Game, but report here if you have problems.

Install to My Documents/EA GAMES/The Sims 2/Downloads. (make sure you unzip it first.)

Update: I've included captioned recolors in the original French and English.
