"Ocean Breeze" Modern Loft

Hello Everyone! This is my first house uploaded online and I must say I am happy with it. I love modern style architecture and often find myself sketching new buildings in my notepad. I finally got the idea to try and create on in the sims game, and ended up with this result. I based this design on the ultra sleek loft style homes that have come about within the last couple of years as an affordable way to own a piece of art. This particular rendition is what I would expect to find if I were to find one on the shoreline. I hope everyone likes it!!!
