Loft-Style Modern Home

Hi everybody!!
Today I have a modern style loft home. This house actually has two buildings. One is the main house, which has two bedrooms, two bedrooms, and a large two-story living room. The other building is the guest house, which, seeing as sims don't usually have guests that stay overnight, is really just an extension of the main building. The guest house has one bedroom, one bathroom, and its own kitchen/dining/living area. There is a single car garage, with room to park another car on the driveway. This house also has a large pool and a jaccuzzi.



The house is NOT furnished.

I have uploaded two .zip files because I couldn't decide which roof looked better. The Ecalyptus.F file is the flat roof version, and the Ecalyptus.S is the sloped roof.

Oh yes, and the hedges do not need to be trimmed.
