Furnished Starter Home Line

In my attempt to play the game without the use of cheats I've stated making a line of furnished starter homes. I'm trying to make them look appealing while still functional and comfortable for sims to survive for a while without a lot of simoleons. I'm also trying to make them easy to add on to and upgrade once the sim has enough simoleons to do so.

This particular lot has two bedrooms and a study which could easily be converted into a third bedroom. There's also room to add counter space in the kitchen as needed.

Cost: 19,288 simoleons
Lot dimensons: 3x2
Run with CleanInstall: No custom content
