I have had another go at recolouring and this is what I got, the mesh you need is number 48 from XMsims and isn't included. These recolours work with all ages and the elder version is lighter then the others.
There are six colours:
Red
Orange
Yellow
Green
Blue
Purple

Serasims Eyelinner and Eyeshadow
Helaene Lipstick
I can't remember where the neckless and the top came from but I shall try to remember and give them credit.
