This house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Pennsylvania Dutch farmhouse. Built on a 5x5 lot it costs ยง194,000. Needs all EP's, but no stuff packs.... tho my profiles says I have FFS and Glamour, I haven't installed them on this computer yet, so you won't need to have any stuff packs

This house is based on - just based on (cause I couldn't get it exactly the same ) - a house that Dorothy Parker lived in during the 30's and 40's in Pipersville, Pennsylvania.

Originally a 14 room farmhouse on 120 acres, it currently sits on 20 acres and is privately owned and closed to the public.

There are 2 rar's below.... please extract the " 1) " first... it's a bit of CC that wouldn't stick in the packaged lot, then do the lot rar as usual...

Whew .... ! I hope my CC is ok... When this was in moderation queue I was told that there was an item not allowed, I couldn't figure out what it was, am thinking it was the 4ESF fence, so I included the policy link .... let me know if I'm wrong about this please
