This home and business is based on a shop in my area, for some strange reason I’ve always loved it. It was designed and built in the 1960s, but has always managed to look modern.
It’s on a 2x2 lot, so it should work well on slower machines.
Downstairs has a large shop space, shop toilet, and staff area, along with a single car garage.
Upstairs has a bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge room, study area, and an upstairs back yard.
The lot has everything your Sims need to live comfortably, and run a home business excluding skill benches.
There’s no CC in the lot, although the “move_objects on” cheat was required to make the garden.
