This house was originally a one story (which is the starter home), but then evolved into a two story home with improvements. I guess you can say Plan A146 is the house with optional upgrades. Plan A146 is really only here for people who want the upgrades and use money cheats, otherwise there's no use downloading it, unless for some reference. 8D Have fun!
