This starter home is part of my Stonewood Collection. It's a very simple home with partial cheap furnishing (basic necessities). Plan A110 may look big but it's really not. The house is a 1 1/2 stories, but the second floor was not put in due to going over $20,000. So you can put in the second story when you have enough money, or when you want to have more then two sims. (: Have fun and Enjoy!

Added the second story with 1 master bedroom/bath with a closet.
This lot is a little more expensive and cannot be bought with $20,000.
I edited the house so that people who use money cheats can buy this version, and others that get the original house have a floor plan that they can follow.
