House-Secret Garden

Hi!
The house this time is a nice American wood cabin.
It's built on un-even hill and there are lots of trees and flowers.

Because of a cute little garden, I named this hose "Secret Garden".

There are a garage, a living room, master bedroom, a dining room, a kitchen on the first floor.
On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms with 2 bathrooms.

I have preapred 2 files for you to choose from.

One is an unfurnished house without any custom contents.
All you need is all the EPs and stuff packs, then there won't be any problems.

And the other one is furnished version of the house.
