Two bedroom, single storey starter home with garage on a 2x2 lot for 20339 simoleons (okay so not quite under 20000)! Fully decorated and furnished with Maxis items.

I have put the great invisible driveway by roddyaleixo (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875 - thanks for making it roddyaleixo!) in this lot but this particular recolour wont include itself in my file, so download it from this link and use the recolour tool to apply it, then you will see the driveway match the path and pavement.
