Hi everyone. This is my first submission and even though I've made a ton of houses, I never thought they were good enough to share. But since I take so much I want to give something back and considering I can't make clothes, genetics and certaintly not objects, I figured housing is the way to go.
Very basic furnishing is included, all Maxis (beds, sinks, toilets, counters, ect.) If you decide to change the counters, both the moveObjects and snapObjectsToGrid cheats will need to be used, not to mention allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation.
I did do some lighting on the exterior and in the pool, but nothing else. There are 3 fireplaces, one each in the living room, master bedroom and the master shower room. The 2 spare bedrooms share a bathroom.
I have GLS, but I don't believe I used any objects from it. If I did just send me a message and I'll fix it. I hope you enjoy the house!
UPDATE: I fixed the roof, using the diagonal roof on that one section and dropping the height down so it's not so tall. However, this new version requires the Pets EP, so if you don't have that one stick with the first download.
