I don't have much time to play Sims =( It's a pity... hm well someone asked me to make this, and so I did =) It is the Metatron seal from Silent Hill.
You don't need EPs or meshes, I used Maxis's mesh "Civic Idol"
Important: You need to install the CEP for this to work (if you don't have it already). You can get it from here
