Conceptual Residing - Split Level

I originally made this lot for a building contest at another site. The theme was split levels and I took that to the extreme and I think I did pretty good.

Well the lot costs only 102K because of Numenor's awesome unlevel walls. This was extremely difficult to build, but made much easier because of those.

Okay, I'll get to the point, the lot has room for two sims, married, so there is one bedroom. In the basement there are four rooms, three different levels with a study, bedroom, entry room with entertainment, and a "party" room. All rooms are accessible. The second floor has the kitchen, walking area, and a dinning room no a stage level. There are three exits to the backyard area. There are two walkout basement, leading to the hot tub and pet area, and one leading the the sitting.

I hope you enjoy this lot, it cost 102K, it's on a 3x3 lot.
