Courtland Estates: The Cadbury

This lot is definitely ready for suburbia! It was modeled after real floor plans and is situated on a medium sized lot with plenty of room to add on to the main building, or to sculpt that perfect garden that will surely wow the Garden Club. It is unfurnished, except for the kitchen and bathrooms.

One of my favorite features to this house is the fireplace. It is situated on two diagonal walls via the boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false cheat, and is accessible to Sims. It isn’t overbearing to the living room, but keeps with the homely feel of the house layout.

Also, I love the brand new greenhouse features that came with Seasons! This is the second lot to feature a detached greenhouse, and this one is large and complete with a bench to relax upon while soaking in the sun. It features both plots for flowers and bushes as well as plots for fruits and vegetables. The tree within is a lemon tree.
