Hello. First of all, thank you for checking out my FIRST house online. It is supposed to represent a traditional Italian house, and it does, but in some parts I thought outside of the box. There is NO custom content, but you will need all expansion packs (University, Nightlife, Open For Business, and Pets), Glamour Life Stuff, and Family Fun Stuff to play. Here is the tour of the house:

So as you can see, I worked pretty hard on this house, and I can’t wait until people get to use it and enjoy it the way I am. But please, don’t upload it on another website without asking me. An yes the cars come with the house.
***IMPORTANT***
The sitting areas in front of the kitchen and living room have a slight problem. The couches are too close to the coffee tables. So just move the couches back one space if your sims want to relax in them. Also, There are items close to the fireplaces, but I put smoke alarms behind them so they aren’t seen, but if something does catch on fire, the fireman will come and extinguish it.
