hey guys!

this is my first upload, i hope everything is correct.

so, i'll share my newest house: **OCEAN DREAM **

there are nearly no downloads inside, but the fontain and the stairs by 4eversimfantasy, and the Wondering Ivy and the MaidenHair Fern by mickyss (thanks!).

my lot is made for 4 persons.
there are 4 little bedrooms included, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a livingroom with a desk. the bedromms are so small, because your sims should do their activities togehther in the livingroom or the hall.

i've put some furniturs in, to show you, what room is made for sleeping, cooking etc.

i belive, the best thing is the garden with the pool in the sea and the stairs.
but the pool will only work so as welle as at the pictures, if you place the property near water in your neighborhood!
