So anyway, got another house for upload. I call this one Colonial Dream, for, reasons i don't really know... For just over 67,000, you get the following:

Kitchen, dining room, "break room", family room, common room, 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, one master bedroom, one master bath, 7 closets, laundry room, 2 car garage, pantry, basement, and an attic.

The house comes completely unfurnished, since its quite a huge house. I have scanned it with clean installer, its hack free, and the only custom content, which I have included, is:

As I have said, this is a VERY big house, and all the hallways are double wide to fit in with the rest. The attic is currently non-accesable, but it can be made usable if you download the 2 tile ladder found here on the site and place it in the 1x3 room next to the stairs. Oh yes, its on a 4x3 lot, and pretty much takes up the entire thing. I hope you enjoy this house, and please feel free to ask questions or leave comments. Thanks!
