Spring brings about many wonders to the landscape of any area. The Sims 2 can relate, well at least from my point of view, for I do not have seasons, but I took it upon my self to develop a more seasonal lot, that holds a house that I would not mind calling the flagship of all of my lots. The home is built to rest in the frame of the outside terrestrial gardens, that includes only the plants of the Sims 2 original, but feel free to wipe the outdoors clean and make it your own with upgraded objects from off spring Sims 2 expansions.
The House is built in Architectural & Landscape style. It contains:
4 Bedrooms (1 of the bedrooms is shared with the third floor lounge)
3.4 Bathrooms
Kitchen
Dinning room
Living Room, Den, other
A Large yard
Alarms and phones are placed in respectful areas.
