Base game 3x1 lot, thanks to Andi8104 and MaryLou: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=195469
This was made using Numenor's Base Game Starter PRO. I created the lot using only the base game and exclusively Maxis content, so it is compatible with all versions of the game. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath lot, ready for up to three sims to start living in it right away with everything they really need provided.
I made this house to recreate the look of the Pleasantview trailer homes on a much smaller lot, although I hope my version looks a little bit better. You could put a family with one child on this lot, or use it for an elderly couple and convert the small bedroom into a den or a room for pets. The space for a driveway can be used as a garden spot if you don't have Nightlife, or perhaps a space for your home business if you have OFB. The tiny lawn is gated so that you can disallow pets in the area, preventing holes from being dug in your yard. There is just enough room to put a "Soaking Zone" hot tub under the tree. It isn't really expandable unless you want to gut the interior and add stairs, so keep that in mind before adding more family members!
I've tested this lot with a family of three CAS sims, two adults and one child. They raised the child to the teenage years, and she had a "good time" birthday party with three guests (most of my non-wedding parties get that rating). The headmaster liked the house as well. My test family has not had serious route blocking problems or any other troubles that would indicate poor design. I hope you have fun with this little trailer house!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

SHARING: You may freely share my objects, hair, any and all textures, and all my recolors on any FREE site (including the Exchange) or through emails to your friends, just so long as you attribute them to me. (You do not have a free site if you offer ''donation items'' that are only available to those who pay you. If you sell ''donation items'' I don't want my things or recolors of my meshes on your site even if those items are free. You can use MTS2 instead. TSR is a paysite and I don't want my stuff there anymore either.)
REQUESTS: I don't do any requests. I only make stuff that I want in my own game. I don't modify my already existing textures and files for someone else, either; it's not that I'm unsympathetic, just that I'm lazy and don't want to spend the time. Sorry.
Sims 1 files: All of my Sims 1 stuff is free to share, just like my Sims 2 stuff. If you're interested in my old stuff, check out my journal (above) and find the entry on Sims 1 for the current links, or scroll to the bottom of the page and check out my signature. :)
