This trailer is on a 3x3 lot and costs 18,655 Simoleons.
It can house two adults and two children comfortably. All custom files are by me, only Maxis meshes are used.
Only one left in the set!

I kept this a starter by leaving out the decorations and curtains. I've included them separately; two paintings, two posters, and three curtains to match the couches and the bedding. (I forgot to include one of the curtains in the set, it's uploaded separately.) I also made the chair that matches the talking table I recolored in matching colors.
