What we have here is a nice two story house with a decently sized basement for your Sims. This lot features a master bedroom with a master bath, two bedrooms that share a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living area with small adjacent bath. The basement is currently wide open but you could always turn it into more rooms and the garage fits two cars perfectly and you could always park two more in the driveway if you felt inclined. Since Sims love the outdoors, I have also included a greenhouse for the Sim with a green thumb, a pool for your Sims who like to play Marco Polo, and a nice deck with an awning in the back for your Sims who just want to lounge in the shade.

It has been awhile since I have created a house and I have never been an expert at it to begin with but I hope someone can enjoy this house! This is my first uploaded house, so any feedback is appreciated!

This should only require Nightlife and Seasons. Please let me know if you experience any problems.
