I redid this home so it is compatible with just the main expansion packs up to
and including Freetime. Very little had to be changed. You'd have to look
closely to see any difference whatsoever between this and the original post.
But now more players will be able to use this lot. Thank you.

A two-story home that's perfect for a large, diverse family, or a Sim with
oodles of roommates! Your Sims can dive into the spacious pool, play
basketball on the outdoor court, grow things in the backyard greenhouse, or
simply stargaze to their hearts' content. If it's raining out, there's always the
spacious indoor rec room, livingroom with a large plasma TV for a movie
marathon, and much more!
There are two studies for the intellectual Sims and a music/arts area for the
burgeoning musicians and up-and-coming Picassos. The second floor has a full
wrap-around covered terrace with plenty of comfy seating and great views.
Three stairways (one interior, two exterior), provide easy access to the
second story.
A two-car garage and extra drive will allow three automobiles to be parked
on the property. The landscaping fits right in, with two apple trees out front
and a weeping willow in the side yard--not to mention the front flower beds
with a bit of outdoor lighting and several other suitable trees and bushes.
