This is my first one of the "Mapple St." collection. I hope that there will be many more coming your way to download. This very modern building is not furnished inside so you can make it however traditional or modernist as you like. It also has a spectacular rooftop garden on 2 of it's roofs to give it a flashy look. It has a very contemporary feel to it and doesn't go slow when you play it like many other houses people create! Here is a picture of it from the front:



*Note* you cannot swim in the pools at the front because they are all rounded sections so steps and diving boards won't fit. I hope you enjoy it, many thanks,
