This is my first lot upload to Modthesims 2, I hope it turns out ok =)

The Lemon Tree Estate is a quaint Victorian/Country style house. It has 3 floors. There are 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a Kitchen/Dining Area, a Living Room and a Nursery. The house is unfurnished on the inside, with the exception of some "indicator" objects (ex. a bed) so you'll know which room is intended for what. The outside includes a driveway, a pool, a pond, and a garden with many lemon trees.
