The Strawberry Hill Estate is the second upload to my "Estates" series of houses. Like the other "Estates" houses, the Strawberry Hill offers a country-like charm to it, and is a house for larger families. This house is on a large property with plenty of space for a big garden. There is a Main Area, a Living Room, a Study, a Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The backyard has a garden, a pool and a pond. The house comes unfurnished, with the exceptions of the kitchen and the bathrooms.

There is also a basement potential dug out, so an expansion can easily be done if you wish.
