This is my very first post on here, so I'm still getting use to this. But, here is my first post of a very nice home, that is based of one of my companies model homes. This is the Gardenia Model (one of my favorite). I loved it as I worked on it, and so once it was done, I took the time to bring it to the Sims. It’s a 2-story side garage Mediterranean style home.

This house comes Semi-Furnished meaning that I have added the lighting, bathrooms, and kitchen. You know, just like a real home would come if you were to buy it. The actual furniture I left open. Thanks.
