Stylish CAS!- Study Room

I have had problems getting my past CAS to be approved and I have learned my mistakes, so people, it would be proud for me to announce that MTS 2 doesn't allow direct links or included CCs so I'm afraid you have to download them yourself. I would appreciate some understanding so stop suggesting me to include all the CCs nor asking me to break the rules!! This time, I have tried to use as least CCs as I could to make it easier for you.

I know, the family room is really badly designed but I am so uninspired! I tried to make a family room, the deleted it and re-make but still, I am not fully satisfied.
