This is my very first attempt on building a CAS screen, so here it comes, it's called "Stylish CAS". In order for objects to show properly for this, you will need to download the following:
Living room:
Painting: (left) Stylist Sims Living Room, 03, (right) Sunair Sims >objs>page 67>RIR bedroom.
Clock: Pimp-my-sims Downloads>Sets>Miscellaneous>page 3>Fresh Garderobe.
Floor light: Mango Set Galant
Ceiling Light: Peggy Sims Living Room 19.zip
Modern window: by Tolli Sims 2>Build>page 2>Meshes set(the build page can be found beside the round thingy in the centre.
Rug: Sunair Sims>objs>pg 65> RGI living corner
Mirror: Pimp-my-sims Downloads>Sets>Shops>Trend Shop.
Sofa: Birgit43
Family room:
Frame deco: Mango Set Louisa.
Painting: (Recolour:China Fan Sims) (Mesh)
Floor: Murano Mobilia> Mono Kitchen
Reflective floor: Murano Mobilia>Millenium
Wall is included, place the wall file into your download folder.

This model I used is Gavriel Shaltiel, if you like to use any of their models, contact the EMACEO. They got tons of nice models to pose for you.
