Here is the second installment of my Starterville Series of Lots. I ended up with the price being $21,000 something and i didn't want to change anything. I did end up changing a few things and after about 3 tries i got it within $45.00 of $20,000. Talk about too close for comfort.
Not sure how many i am going to make yet. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
