Today I bring you "The Jewel," a 1930s "Americanized English"-style cottage. The plan is small but efficient, and leaves plenty of room for growing Sim families. An entryway leads into a livingroom, which flows into the dining room. From the dining room one can enter a back hall, off of which are two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The diningroom also has a door to the kitchen, and off the kitchen is a staircase to the basement with one of those scary, clunky furnaces that are always making odd noises. This house comes sparsely furnished and has no landscaping (it is a starter, after all).
