Since my first download "The Malloir" wasn't very widely accepted, I decided that I would try again.

For a second time around, I present to you "Villa Rubiz".

This lot consists of 3 buildings, 5 if you count the wine cellar and the greenhouse.

This lot also contains a greenhouse, plenty of fruit bearing trees, and a river with bridges scaling it.
