This is my first upload, a starter home and business combined.



I tried to use as much base game content as possible but i have all expansions loaded on, you should be alright with all expansions, im certain there is no stuff pack items but to be on the safe side i say you need them. Ideal for a robot making shop, but can be turned into anything just sell the robot crafting station for soming else.

The house has 6 rooms, the shop, crafting room, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.



Objects (no custom content)
It has a phone, checkout, 4 display shelfs, double bed, crafting station, bookshelf, sofa, 2 dining chairs, counters, cooker, fridge, sink, fire alarm, toilet and shower.
