Hi there, I enjoy building homes, and while I have no degree in architecture, I think my buildings come out alright (:

This home is built up over a garage and driveway, with some extra yard space for you to do whatever you want. The pad only accommodates one sim, or a couple if they don't mind sharing a bed.

The house comes furnished, but not so much that a starting sim can't afford to buy it. No custom content, Nightlife expansion is required to use.
