This is my first upload, so I hope ya'll like it. A three bedroom, two car garage home with two bathrooms. The master bathroom is huge, with a spa included as well as shower, bath, and a seperate area for the toilet. There is a walk in closet area included. There is a formal living area, den with a fireplace, dining, utility room, and an area to use as a pantry. A small fenced entryway with a larger fenced back porch area, which opens up to the nice size pool with diving board and slide. There is also a fenced kennel area with a dog house for the pooches. Also included is a small, open garden area for the sims who wish to grow their own fruits and veggies. I used all Maxis content for this lot and it comes unfurnished (except for the kitchen and bathrooms).
