So you may not want to move someone with the fortune aspiration into this lot. This is just a very simple three bedroom starter for those families that are larger than normal starting out. There are 1.5 baths and a small living room along with a very small dine in kitchen. This house can be a stepping stone for any young sim family not able to afford the life of the rich and famous but hoping to move up in the world soon!!!!
