This luxury building was owned by Mathew Lykeios, the most awarded producer of great Sim metal bands, as “Silent Sufferin’” (watch their videos on Youtube) and “Eternal Honour”. It offers a level of design, sophistication and comfort.

Infrared security cameras are installed outside the apartments and they can supervise everything. The front door is an iron-cast double door. There’s a 24 hours security guard as well.

The location is great! This block is one of the best and most secure of the place. Right in the same block there’s a bank that has a 24 hour ATM machine. Additionally, the building is located just 1 to 3 blocks away from most of the famous nightclubs (Headbangers Club, Alpha Ten, Crazy Sims, etc.). Nightlife entertainment 7 nights a week!
