Hello! Pinoy here. I have created this house. It's a recreation of my Aunt's house. ANYWAYS, it's a non-EP house (I'm cheap... I have no EPs ) but it's not a starter, however it's close to one. It's completely unfurnished (except for the two benches on the porch) and no CC used. If this house seems familiar for ANY reason, it's most likely because it was on the exchange. I put the same house on the exchange a while ago on the account SimmishPinoy, but it is now removed. I've decided to move it over to here because it didn't get much attention at the exchange. I'll delete it from over there. This version is an updated version of the one at the exchange, I redid the windows, changed some walls, and redid the roof. Oh, and this house is also on YouTube.

Oh, and this may be a start of a set of non-EP houses.
