here is a small house that i made its not a started but it is perfect for a small family.
if you dont like to furnish the interior then download the furnished version, and if you want to make the interior your own then download the unfurnished version, i made 2 varsions incase you dont link one of them then you might like the other one.
PS if you do have a family that you have just made then the unfurnished house is a starter.
