The Balmain is a real house, which I absolutely love.
After spending a while looking for house plans, I came across this one & thought it was perfect.

However, all the site had was the house plan & one small picture of the front, so thats all I had to work off.

I modified it a small bit [getting rid of the laundry] & am overall really happy with the design. It is a real modern style house.

The house contains:

-4 bedrooms [with the main containing an ensuit & a small walk in robe]
-1 other main bathroom [with an extra toilet room next to it]
-Large kitchen area, with an area for meals
-A family area in the back area of the room
-A living area in the entrance area
-Double garage

The backyard contains:
-A small pool for your Sims in the warmer seasons
-A greenhouse for your Sims with a green thumb
-An area behind the garage for you to do as you wish

You will need to download [if you do not already have] the Invisible Driveway, here, by roddyaleixo, as it did not seem to include itself in the file when I uploaded it.

The only other CC is the windows, which are included.

Again, please let me know if there are any problems. It will take me a while to get the complete hang of things :P
