My first house uploaded to MTS. Quite proud of how it turned out.



The design is based off the Victorian style homes. Suitable for a small family of 3 or 4.

The house contains:

[ground floor]
-Large kitchen/dining area
-Spacious living area
-Small entrance room

[2nd floor]
-2 bedrooms [possibly 3, unless you wish to use one as an office or something else]
-1 bathroom

Also, a 1 car garage.

Each floor contains a verandah. The ground floor one is covered, however the one on the second floor isnt, providing both shade & sun, depending on what your Sims wish

The backyard has a small pond, surrounded by large trees. Behind the garage is a space for a pool if desired.

The house is hack free & custom content free, although if you have any problems with it [as this is my first upload & Im pretty sure Ive done everything correct] please let me know.
