ever wanted a house with one way windows? they see in, nobody sees out outsiders see in, but its just painted on! this is also good if you want realy tall buildings WITH windows. this was based off 'craft work plastering'. it costs 8 simoleons, and is in stucco. its made to blend in with the base game.i dont know what problems there could possibly be with a paint job, but if there are any, report them.
