outsiders see in, but its just painted on! this is also good if you want realy tall buildings WITH windows. this was based off 'craft work plastering'. it costs 8 simoleons, and is in stucco. its made to blend in with the base game.i dont know what problems there could possibly be with a paint job, but if there are any, report them.Additional Credits:
