Well, this is my first upload, hope you like it. It's a one story, one bedroom, one car garage, one bath modern starter home. You need NIGHTLIFE to use this house. Large backyard, plenty of room for landscaping in the front and back. Driveway has a walkable cover over the top with stairs leading to it from the garage. You can put any object on the driveway cover , such as a grill. Plenty of room for a two sim family that's just starting out. I will upload another, larger, more expensive modern home either today or tommarow. But lets leave the details on that to be read in it's page.
