The Richardson Estate

All right, this house was made using all expansions from University through Seasons installed. I'm fairly certain you will need all of them, as I can't promise what content I did or did not use; the driveway is for Nightlife, and I know I used a bunch of stuff that is new and exclusive to seasons in build mode, like the slide, and the interior multi-level deck (used to make dual-level porch).

I used no custom content, so as long as you have all the EPs, it should work just fine. ^_^ I originally made the house just for a contest at a forum I go to, but I was more than happy to offer it for download here so I can finally give back to one of the communities that offers me awesome custom content. =D
