This is my 1st try at uploading a house, so I kept it pretty simple. This is based on a real home in West Dover, VT (address is fictional). It has 2 beds, 2 baths, a full dining room w/fireplace, and a wraparound deck. There is room to add a driveway.
No custom content is contained and no cheats were used in construction to make it easier to modify if you wish.

I have added a text file giving a short history of this house and detailing some gameplay modifications i made.
If this is OK, I will add some more interesting lots soon, most based on real homes. Suggestions and criticisms are welcome. Thank you.
