Why have I made it: I´ve dreamed about a house that looks like this one... Well, in my dream it was better - *real*.
So here it is
There are 2, furnished and not. They are a lil different.
Note/Important: Upstairs it has a big room for parties, unfurnished.
The only CC is the stairs. U might need to change or keep the warmpool in that way. Test with your sims, i think i´ve made it work in the furnished version.
