Beach Contemporary

This is the third time I have built this house, (From a house plan) The first two times the lot ended up unusable due to my error. Hopefully, even though it is a beach lot, it will work without any problems, I have tested it and it is placeable in BlueWater village. It also has been play tested.

In order for the front of the house to look as it does in the photo, you must download the Laurana fence parts 1&2 from 11 dots http://www.11dots.com
Because this is not a wall, If you have seasons, be aware that the house is "open" to the elements and parts of it take on the outside temperature.

It has 3-4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a loft above the kitchen. There is a rock spa with waterfalls on the beach. Many thanks to macarossi and Nengi for these great objects, I use them all the time.
