today i give you: (actualy your sims) a skate park
with no custom content, only cheats 
READ THIS PART update If you remove the fence edge on each side (coping [things they grind on]) they can skate up and down the ramp.
update the sloped box and rail are not useable! sims can walk on the halfpipe, or the bowl, but i used roofs as ramps, so they are not useable. i figured i would make the place at least interesting, so thats whats with all the junk
