This is my first lot upload.
In my game, I ony use Pleasantview and when you have a lot of families kicking about you run out of space. I never really like that big expensive house that this one replaced in my neighbourhood so I hope you'll prefer this one too

I had the house from Mr. and Mrs. Smith in mind when i built this, but it's only a loose basis.
